feel you need some advice or just somebody to listen, do not
hesitate to contact our welfare officer, Josepha Horne (jkah@york.ac.uk). She can
deal with any problem you may have as discreetly and confidentially
as possible and can also direct queries or complaints to the
relevant university authorities.
